| Our fees
For each assignment that we take on, we charge a fixed fee, based on estimated professional time and degree of complexity. This has the advantage of allowing the Client to budget accurately for the work from the very beginning. Our standard professional fee for conducting an executive search assignment is calculated in relation to the complexity of the assignment, not the successful candidate’s compensation package. We quote our assignments at a minimum of € 12.000. |
